Add the LINE messaging application to your ubisend account to send and receive messages through LINE.

 

Overview:

 

Line is quick and easy to integrate with ubisend. You can be setup to send and receive messages in no time at all. However, to send and receive messages to the public for more than 50 people you'll need to go through the Line authorisation process.

 

How to add Line to ubisend:

 

Download both Line and the Line@ applications from the iOS App Store or the Android Play Store.

Open the Line@ application and register for an account.

 

Their verification is convoluted. You need to verify by both click the link in an email that was sent to you and also entering a verification code into the Line application.

 

Once you have verified your account and logged in, go to the Line Business Center here:

Once logged in, create a business account.

 

Once created, apply for a BOT API Trial.

Once complete, make a note of your Channel ID, Channel Secret and MID.

Login to ubisend and visit the 'integrations' page here: https://go.ubisend.com/account/integrations.

Find the Line row and click 'Connect Now'.

Enter all of the details you noted from the Line Bot creation and click 'save'.

 

Once saved, go back to the Line admin page and click 'Edit' on the Basic Information Page.

 

In the callback URL, enter https://go.ubisend.com:443/line and click 'save'.

 

Click on 'Verify' once the page has reloaded.

 

Now open the Line application on your device and scan the QR code displayed on the Line admin page.

 

Send a message to your Line account and you'll see it appear in ubisend.
